Congratulations to the winners of Miss Philippines Earth 2014. The grand coronation night was held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City last Sunday night May 11, 2014.
Jamie Herrell from the Queen City of the South, Cebu won Miss Philippines Earth 2014.
Jamie Herrell is a 19-year-old animal rights advocate. Jamie Herrell will represent the country in this year's Miss Earth international beauty pageant.

Former Akbayan lawmaker Risa Hontiveros asked:
"Do you think that we, human beings, have been good children to Mother Earth?"
Jamie Herrell asnwered:
"Honestly, in my opinion, we haven’t been good children. In fact, I believe that we are the number one cause of her problems, we are the reason why we're having climate change, and we are the reason why we're having floods. But in return, if we can only help her and salvage her, she will help us back and take care of us too."
